Employability Community of Practice

Overview

The Employability Community of Practice brings together career services leaders, educators, employers, and sector stakeholders to strengthen how institutions prepare students for life after graduation.

Through a practical, hands-on approach, members co-develop tools, share models, and build career systems that respond to the evolving needs of students and employers. The community meets quarterly—virtually and in person—and remains active through ongoing resource sharing and collaboration.
